The entire HVAC system was not reviewed. I paid for a service call about maintenance issue and the ladder was present to do get on the roof. Called the office later and I was told the system has to be reviewed during the warmer months. I guess I will to wait if they will return on the service.

Found wire not connected to cap. Tested capacitor and capacitor dead on Herm side. Also found system 1lb low of refrigerant. Replaced Capacitor and added 1lb of refrigerant and system is now cooling.

upstairs tstat says 108 degrees downstairs says 100 degrees. Shorted TStat and zone board. Zone board would switch to heat even when both TStats are off and the W was removed. Zone 1 damper(trunk line in front of supply plenum) would struggle to open and close.
