If any of your home comfort systems should fail, the N.A.T.E. certified technicians at AAction Air Conditioning & Heating Co. are here to help. Report your problem directly to your warranty provider, Old Republic Home Protection. Within 24 hours of receiving your dispatch we will contact you to schedule a diagnostic visit. We will put you on our schedule in the 48 hours following your original dispatch, and when our service technician arrives you will be expected to pay a co–payment and, if applicable, a gate fee. After we have completed the diagnostic assessment we will repair those problems that can be immediately fixed. If your heating or cooling system requires parts or equipment not in stock we will contact Old Republic Home Protection to get authorization to order them. If they choose to order the parts directly please allow 3–5 business days for delivery. Once we have received the necessary parts and/or equipment we will schedule your repair service.
