American Home Shield Warranty

When you receive service on your warrantied heating and cooling equipment from AAction Air Conditioning & Heating Co. you are getting high quality, professional work from N.A.T.E. certified technicians. Within 24 hours of receiving your dispatch from the American Home Shield we will contact you to schedule a visit. We will put you on our schedule within 48 hours of the original dispatch, and you will be expected to pay a co–pay and, if applicable, a gate fee. Should your system be found to need parts not in stock during the diagnostic we will get authorization to order those materials from American Home Shield. If they decide to purchase your parts or equipment directly please allow 3–5 business days for arrival. Once the parts arrive we will contact you to schedule the repair date.

Following the diagnostic your AAction Air Conditioning & Heating Co. technician will contact your American Home Shield. If the problem is under warranty and can be repaired we will fix it on the spot. If, however, any part of the necessary work is not covered under your warranty you will have to pay for that part of the service. In this event the American Home Shield or AAction Air Conditioning & Heating Co. will inform you of the additional cost. After AAction Air Conditioning & Heating Co.’s work is done the American Home Shield or AAction Air Conditioning & Heating Co. will contact you directly to make sure that the repair or replacement was completed and that everything is working properly. This last bit is a formality, of course, because when AAction Air Conditioning & Heating Co. repairs your heating or cooling system the job gets done right.
